The Role:
Job Role
• Correctly interpret 3rd party reports such as geotechnical, bathymetric survey, metocean data for the incorporation into structural design basis
• Ensures an optimum engineering design compliance to codes and performance and timely issuance of engineering deliverable to client.
• Prepares updates and checks calculations for detailed engineering.
• Contributes to optimization of material quantities by proposing value engineering solutions.
• Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by the suppliers- Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget.
• Ensures timely internal and external reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the group leader.
• Meets quality objectives of the project.
• Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior engineering employees

Must have:
- Engineering Degree in Civil or Structural with minimum 7 years experience in Design and execution of the projects in offshore facilities.
- Advance user of SACS engineering software.

Substructure and topside in service analyses
- Static in place
- Dynamic analysis
- Spectral fatigue
- Seismic analysis
- Blast and fire structural collapse analysis
- Vibration analysis
- Wind fatigue analysis
