Site Administrator will be responsible for managing the day to day logistics and services for the discipline technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate personal HSSE leadership and excellent HSE behaviours at all times, and ensure that safety expectations are communicated and maintained.
Coordination of site induction courses, safety training courses, medicals, OPITO training or equivalent in conjunction with Company requirements.
Transport coordination to/from site for all Contractor personnel.
Arranging accommodation for personnel.
Compilation, submittal and agreement of daily report and weekly timesheet summaries for Company approval.
Compilation, submittal and agreement of cost reports and invoices for Company approval.
Production and management of Contractors working rota/manning requirements.
Production and administration of all relevant Contractor procedures.
Assurance of good housekeeping of Contractors offices, cabins and locker rooms.
Assurance of PPE compliance for all personnel.
Provision/Coordination of technicians tool boxes.
Provision/Coordination of equipment including repairs, maintenance and recalibration.
Ensure the projects commitment to Safety is maintained.
Person Specification
Recognised Qualification in Business Administration Management in their native country
Proven track record of working on onshore or offshore Oil&Gas, Petro-Chemical or Power Industry facilities in an administrative role, preferably linked to commissioning activities
Competent in communicating in English language.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to supervise local and expat labour and liase with Contractor and Company
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and communicate with discipline engineers and technicians
Good inter-personal and communication skills.
Ability to produce written reports and plans
Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
