d2m is seeking a Riser Engineer to support our client's team in Paris region. The ideal candidate will have subsea/offshore riser experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Involved in Feed and Bid activities
- Work on Riser configuration definition and Riser global analysis performance
- Project documentation Review

Skills / Qualifications:

Engineer’s Degree in relevant engineering field (Naval, Mechanical or Civil) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
Design project experience with FEA (finite element analysis) using Orcaflex or Flexcom.

Excellent analytical skills including advanced analysis techniques
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the abiltiy to write high quality technical reports
A proven knowledge with programming Python will be a plus.

Position based in Paris region for a 6 months period
