Responsibility:

1. To ensure each material and equipment requested are properly approved and followed through on load-out plan to fruition.
2. To be the site focal person for all communication between Rig, supply base and service providers in ensuring correct and timely material and equipment availability at site.
3. Active participation in daily operation meeting pertaining to material and equipment availability, scheduled delivery, back-loads, ad-hoc and urgent requirements as any delivery / return issues with the service providers at site.
4. To ensure effective and costs efficient drilling vessels management:

• To monitor vessel diesel fuel consumption to be with the reasonable industry class consumption.
• Optimize each vessel trip in a timely manner based on rig requirements and optimized deck Loads.
• Always ensuring vessels crew and certification are valid.

1. Responsible to plan, schedule and coordinate crew change. Maintain close communication with drilling rig team, Drilling Operations and aviation services provider.
2. Responsible to issue MRFs as instructed by Drilling Supervisor / Drilling Team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment at site.
3. Close coordination and clear communications with Supply Base Team,
4. Site focal person for all communications between Drilling Operations, Supply Base and vendors in ensuring drilling material and equipment are delivered at site in a timely manner.
5. Active participation in daily operation meeting pertaining to materials readiness, delivery, back-loads

Requirements:

1. Minimum Malaysian Certificate of Education or equivalent.
2. Broad understanding on drilling materials and drilling operations including chopper and vessel operations.
3. Maintain high standard of ethic and discipline.
4. Minimum 7 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience in oil & gas industry, last 3 years in Drilling Materials Coordinating work.
