Rina is seeking for a COST ESTIMATION ENGINEER:

Location: Luanda, Angola

Project: Agogo

Duration: May 2024 / December 2025 and possible extension

Working schedule: Resident with 3 flights back home per year

Main Task:

• Gathering Data: Collecting and analyzing data related to project requirements, materials, labor, and other cost factors.
• Cost Estimation: Using data analysis techniques and industry knowledge to estimate the costs of construction projects or other endeavors accurately.
• Creating Estimates: Developing conceptual/detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Reviewing Plans: Reviewing project plans and specifications to understand scope, requirements, and potential cost implications.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in cost estimates.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project costs and incorporating risk factors into estimates.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of cost estimates, assumptions, and methodologies used for future reference and analysis
