• Development of the Annual Delivery Programmes (ADP) under the  the relevant LNG sales-and-purchase agreements (SPA) and  terminal use agreements (TUA);
• Communication with the shipping operations/scheduling team of the LNG suppliers to manage cargo delivery schedule in accordance with provisions of the SPA(s);
• Communication with the scheduling team of the terminal operator to manage cargo delivery schedule and storage rights/obligations in accordance with provisions of the relevant TUA(s)
• Coordination and communication with Gas Nomination Scheduler and Commercial Manager to ensure effective flow of the information related to cargo scheduling and LNG storage entitlements within the Company
• Resolving scheduling/LNG storage entitlement conflicts with internal and extrenal stakeholders to effectively manage risks of tanktop/tankbottom/delivery-or-pay liabilitites
• Preparation of relevant supply documents and reports and data management in the Company's system

Education:

• Higher Education focused on Economics and/or Business Administration

Additional Education:

• Valid certificate required to apply for the license to operate hazardous chemicals is preferred

Experience Required:

• 3+ years

Other requirements:

• English language, Russian is preferred;
• Domestic experience in terminal operations and cargo scheduling;
• Knowledge of the LNG and gas supply chain and its operations;
• Knowledge of the scheduling practices and provisions governing LNG Sales-and-Purchase Agreements and Terminal Use Agreements;
• Skills in development, preparation, acceptance and handover of acts and other documents.
