Our Information Technology department in Fornebu is now looking for a Cyber and Information Security Lead.

The purpose of the Cyber and Information Security Lead is to support Aker Solutions operational execution and deliver strategic targets by managing activities related to identifying, mitigating, and reporting cyber-risks in Aker Solutions

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for overall IT security operations in terms of strategy, planning, and execution.
• Manage and lead initiatives delivered by multi-vendor system.
• Propose and lead strategic information and cybersecurity improvement projects and initiatives delivered by multi-vendor system.
• Present situation-challenges-solutions to management to improve overall cyber threat landscape and associated risks. Report, monitor and lead mitigations towards risks in the AKSO Enterprise Risk Management process.
• Manage and improve Aker Solutions Internal Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Understand, analyze, and implement relevant external requirements imposed by standards, regulations, and directives.
• Advise business (AKSO segments) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of cybersecurity and assist business development activities.
• Manage Corporate level process, governance, and delivery of information and cybersecurity function and promote cybersecurity culture and awareness within the organization.
• Lead and direct team of vendor resources delivering Cyber and IT security services and projects.

We think you should have:

• University level education with 10+ years relevant experience from industry background.
• Experience with developing and maintaining ISO frameworks.
• Experience in auditing process performance and compliance.
• Experience in Cyber security and emergency management.
• Can lead and engage with teams inside and outside the organization.
