Business & Technology Development Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Business & Technology Development Manager (m/f/d) with R&D background to support our company in all matters relating to strategic market analysis and innovation processes. As Business & Technology Development Manager you will support the entire product development process in close coordination with the R&D team and initiate the marketing process with the technical purchasing department. Furthermore, you will assist with presentations at international congresses and customers.

• Collaboration in the innovation team and significant support of internal innovation processes
• Strategic market observation and market analysis
• Generating ideas for R&D based on market requirements and trends
• Product realization - Initiating and continuous supporting or even leading of R&D projects
• Creation of product information and marketing strategies
• Supporting sales activities and marketing activities
• Active participation in congresses, specialist conferences, trade fairs etc.

And that makes you:

• Successfully completed studies in process engineering or chemical engineering with experience in the areas of business administration, technology management, marketing and/or innovation management
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to proactively take on responsibility
• Functional leadership of an interdisciplinary team, often in combination with multi-national teams
• Mobility and willingness to work abroad
• Very good written and spoken German/English; other language skills are an advantage
• Experience in R&D project management is an advantage
