- Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs (succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation) in a fair and consistent manner.
- Directing and carrying out the organization's human resource strategy in support of its overall business plan and strategic goals.
- Offer advice to supervisors and staff members on problem-solving, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and litigation avoidance.
- Oversee the performance management system's correct implementation and offer the necessary facilitation and support for that endeavour.
- Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Attend to employees’ inquiries on compensation & benefits.

- Ensure HR plans align with organization’s mission and business objectives • Preparing and running monthly payroll.
- Working closely with GHRM in Preparing and managing HR budget.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Report to GHRM by analysing data and using HR metrics
- Act as a business partner/coach to senior managers and build positive relationships to ensure consistency of approach and to develop an understanding of the importance of good HR practice / leadership.
- Works closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Promotes ethical and cultural awareness to the workforce

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or another related discipline
- A Master’s degree is a plus. a related field or CIPD or SHRM
- 10+ years of experience in Human resources, minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lead / managerial position in UAE.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
