Expected qualifications:

• Master's degree from a Business School in Management, Human Resources, Marketing & Communication, or from an Institut d'Administration des Entreprises

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of the recruitment process and its digital communication tools (ATS, Job Boards, Linkedin, Facebook, Jobteaser, etc.)
• Analysis and construction of reporting and visual document (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Rigor in the Database Management and information slides show
• Organization and priority management
• Multi tasking and project working (from A to Z)
• Autonomous

Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
• Good knowledge in Power BI

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level C1
• Dutch : optional

Within the Recruitment department of the Refining & Chemicals Branch of TotalEnergies located in Brussels, you will be involved in the sourcing of candidates for the recruitment process and in in the RC worldwide branch's recruitment reporting.

As a Talent Sourcing & Reporting Officer, your main tasks will be :

1/ Recruitment :

- Recruitment of Refining Chemicals trainees in Belgium

- Development of the Onboarding program

- Monitor recruitment and KPIs (diversity/inclusion/etc)

2/ Reporting :

- Monthly reporting of the recruitments for the RC Branch and follow-up of the recruitments authorizations.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
