We are on the look out for a passionate individual to assume the role of R&D Program Mgr in our office in Montreal (CA).

What will you do?

• Lead successful delivery of offerings and roadmap initiatives in Intelligent Devices, OEM, and Small & Midsize Buildings
• Coordinate objectives and dependencies across teams like Product Management, R&D, Industrialization, etc.
• Establish best-in-class governance, rituals, and communication practices
• Accountable for key metrics: delivery time, quality, flow, velocity, etc.
• Drive significant efficiencies in Offer Creation & Lifecycle through Agile initiatives
• Prioritize customer-centricity and quality in all offerings
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within a SAFe/Agile environment
• Efficiently manage strategic portfolio planning cycles and backlogs
• Motivate and challenge teams to meet delivery targets
• Focus on managing critical path and risks, and drive business decision-making throughout the process

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5+ years of project & program management in software and hardware environment
• Strong people skills, effective communication, risk assessment, and change management
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and launching products to global markets
• Ability to identify solutions and align with offer strategy
• Experience with multi-site & remote teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to communicate with colleagues and partners based in different countries.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs
