JOB TITLE: HR Digital Senior Associate - Payroll

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner by review and approval of payroll input and output reports, payroll and third-party payments and review of payroll journals and reconciliations.
• This position will be incremental in developing processes and procedures for Payroll operations and to drive automation.
• Plan, coordinates and manages payroll and ensure that payroll cycles and deadlines are adhered to; statutory withholdings and/or employer contributions (e.g. pensions, insurance, etc) are filed & paid timely; annual income tax filings are completed within the statutory deadlines.
• Keep abreast with payroll regulatory changes.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in the Middle East Payroll.
• Should have a clear understanding of India Payroll Statutory Compliance (PF, PT, Income Tax, LWF)
• Oracle Fusion Payroll experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in Combination of India & Middle East Countries Payroll
