Develop and implement regional procurement strategy and activities for the assigned categories to maximize the value for SE

Be responsible for Nego result, and regional Category productivity (PPM responsible for KPI, P&L)

Be the owner of COS projects (PPM)

Be responsible for the supply market intelligence build-up to cover the full value chain of the assigned categories

Host Interlock meeting with OCP to align with plant vendor base, and make sure proper supplier selection

Be responsible for relationship and performance management of the suppliers (SRM)

Act as People leader to drive team performance and build the best team

Identify external supplier's innovation (QVE opportunities) via workshop

Be responsible for APOP (PPM annual procurement operation plan by plant)

Cross cluster/Plant/function/region communication to drive project or productivity.

Ensures compliance to procurement policy.

资格

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of procurement or category management experience in a manufacturing or similar industry.

Proven track record of successful category management, supplier negotiations, and project execution.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization.

Familiarity with procurement best practices, data analysis tools, and procurement systems

Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Digital Skill is a plus (Tableau /RPA/Python,etc)
