• Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP...) availability of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies and finish good.
• Monitor the accuracy between operational work and MPS decisions and react accordingly
• Daily action regarding MRP messages and escaladed when repeatable issues
• Actively participate to SIM cycle 2
• Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process
• Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
• Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
• Participant in projects (PMP,PEP,PWP...) and ensure smooth ramp up/down of components & finish goods
• Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
• To Use and develop digital tool to improve the efficiency to supply chain planning
• Manage supply chain related KPIs base on target (On time delivery, Days of inventory, Unhealthy Stock...)

资格

Education :

Bachelor degree in Logistics specialty or equivalent majors in Science

Job Related Experience:

2~5 yrs experience in production planning or material planning in Multi-National Corporation or Sino-Joint Venture

Business Understanding :

Supply Chain Management, MRP methodology

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

Good data processing & analysis skill

SAP or related ERP application capability

Good communication and presentation skills with analytical mind

Digital skills-Good knowledge of VBA, VBS, Python, Tableau RPA

Fluent in written and spoken English
