The Role: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help drive efficiency and continuous improvement by providing analysis, reports, and dashboards per the Global Field Services standards.

What will you do?

• Develop standard reports and dashboards within core Schneider reporting systems

• Able to use Alteryx or equivalent analytical tool to build required reports

• Able to use Tableau for data visualization

• Assist in designing future dashboards and modifying existing ones to ensure the inclusion of all business specifications and minimal disruption of critical reports. Knowledge of Tableau for visualization is required

• Assist analysts in the translation of business requirements and business processes, into functional system design requirements to facilitate various platform enhancements

• Able to lead meetings to discuss the output of the analysis and identify action items

• Support Training and ad-hoc requests for reporting and dashboards

• Drive/Support the data validation process (e.g., bFO vs BI) by using "Alteryx"

• Document projects to ensure clear technical understanding, especially with respect of maintenance and evolution

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or any equivalent degree

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience

• Experience in using Alteryx and Tableau is desirable

• Knowledgeable in navigating Java

• Must have the ability to effectively interface with the internal team as well as all cross-functional teams relevant to data reporting

• Must be highly proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint

• Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner

• Work location: Rosario Cavite
