• Review inspection request and assign job to inspector based on workload

• Validate inspection report and assure accuracy of inspected result

• Maintain accuracy of measuring equipment and perform calibration with certified laboratories

• Prevent and avoid equipment downtime

• Ensure speed and efficient inspection request completion

• In case of complain or escalation effectively resolve the concern with utmost care

• Able to resolve any technical or non-technical concern with respect to measurability

• Identify gaps and improve metrology function continuously

• Support design team for measurement feasibility study as per GD&T ISO8015 standards.

• Hands-on CMM & quick vision programing (Mitutoyo, Zeiss).

• Strong knowledge on 7QC tools.

• I2P / 8D Problem Solving

• Quotation negotiation skill

Experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience in metrology lab

• Experience in plastic, stamping and machined components measurement

• Gauge and fixture design, development & qualification is added advantage

• Knowledge on supply chain, logistics & purchasing is added advantage.

B.E or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive
