Mission : Lead the technical proposition of data center projects of a strategic customer from the Cloud & Service Provider segment for the entire portfolio of solutions of Schneider Electric

Key responsibilities:
  • Gather and understand customer main technical drivers & criteria and leverage the portfolio of solutions and technologies available within Schneider Electric to meet expectations
  • Be connected with Schneider Electric Line of Businesses and be up to date on the last technical evolutions of equipment/systems and leverage it to the benefit of customer future technical solutions
  • With the support of various technical Subject Matter Experts, proactively recommend technical solutions/enhancements to customer central technical team meeting main customer drivers (i.e: cost, leadtime, scalability, robustness, sustainability....)
  • Lead the design activities of this new/enhanced solution, with target to standardize it to all regions/countries to drive efficiencies
  • Ensure that the standardized solution is applied properly in every tenders regardless of the projects location to drive consistency and efficiencies
  • Gather lessons learned during tendering and execution to continuously improve the technical solution and its implementation
Skills and attributes:
  • Ability to lead with agility in a complex & matrix environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written, verbal) clearly in concise and synthetic manner on complex technical strategy.
  • Ability to convince stakeholders on the proper project technical strategy
  • Ability to learn from others, share her/his knowledge, coach others and collaborate efficiently.
Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • 7 years in leading technical scope of customer projects, or parts of large & international customer projects.
