This position will work within the Electric Vehicle Charging ecosystem to provide the right solution to each customer, with a clear focus on our SaaS offer. The software platform will be called EcoStruxure EV Advisor. EV Advisor is based on the EV Connect platform, which is one of the fastest growing and most widely deployed charging network software platforms (SaaS) in the rapidly expanding Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry.

EV Connect (part of Schneider Electric) believes in electricity as a fuel to help solve the challenges we face with climate change and pollution. That's why we've developed the most flexible and reliable EV charging solutions on the market, giving businesses and organizations everywhere the resources, they need to service a growing number of EV drivers.

Your To-Do's:
  • Understand the market and spend some time with the most important players to uncover their needs.
  • Perform the platforming of potential customers for the SW offer based on the market situation and trends.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy for our SaaS offers and communicate it to the organization.
  • To be the sales manager and responsible for the exclusive SaaS customer portfolio, and to involve the Schneider Electric teams if there is an opportunity for additional business other than SaaS.
  • To be the account manager for customers that are not encompassed by the normal sales channels or emobility team (for example CPOs, parking operators, etc.).
  • Create customer stickiness and be responsible for customer success management to ensure a reliable and predictable revenue stream. Improve the digital user experience of your accounts and help adjust our offer to the changing demands of our customers.
  • Work closely with the development team to give timely market feedback regarding needed functionality and/or things to improve.
  • With the help of the launch manager and the marketing teams in the countries, lead the launch of new offers to the market.
  • Provide internal and external training in collaboration with the solution architect to enhance value and implement best practices.

Your profile:
  • You have a degree in Software engineering/ Computer Science.
  • Effective knowledge of the customer and eMobility Market.
  • Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. This is a nascent and fast-growing industry, so adaptability is key.
  • Experience selling to sustainability professionals about solar, energy efficiency, and electric vehicle charging is a plus.
  • A passion for sustainability, electric vehicles, and/or clean transportation is a plus.
  • You have fluent English and fluent German language skills.
