Team Leadership:
  • Manage and lead a team of HR administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth among team members.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

HR Administration:
  • Oversee all HR administration activities for the dedicated region, including but not limited to employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality.

Business Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional HR managers, HRBP, TA, Payroll and employees, to understand their HR administration needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Transition Management:
  • Lead the transition of HR services, such as implementing new HR systems or processes, across the dedicated region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital Team, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on new HR processes and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization within the HR administration function.
  • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR administration, and make recommendations for their integration into the organization.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • French- min. C1 level
  • English -min. B2 level
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles, preferably with exposure to European HR practices and regulations.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems and tools, including HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, lead process improvement initiatives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
