What do you get to do in this position?

• - Identify & Promote supplier co-innovations from the new OCP projects and QVE projects. Accelerate & collaborate innovative designs in upcoming OCP products
  
  - Review the new projects for the technology value addition, to identify the new innovations and build the pipeline.
  
  - Organize multiple supplier tech days, roadshows by engaging all necessary cross functional teams.
  
  - Work closely with the strategic suppliers to understand the new trends of their product to show case in exclusive events with SE.
  
  - Discuss with LoB engineers, CoE of BU and deploy/adopt the possible innovative component from the supplier's upcoming project road map.
  
  - Set the right supplier co-innovation target for the year and ensure achieving the adaptation well on time.
  
  - Offer training to the OPL/PPLs for picking up the co-innovations.
  
  - Represent in PES audit as an Innovation SPOC for BU procurement.

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

• Education: Engineering bachelor's degree, or business bachelor's degree, in Electrical & Electronics. Added advantage with any MBA
• Job Related Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation, Experience in procurement & Supplier management is mandatory. Experience in outsourced products / assembly processes is a plus.
• Application Engineering and Design knowledge is added advantage.
• Business Understanding: Components supply chain experience and understanding, with Industrial product application experience will be a plus. Business acumen
• Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
