Schneider Electric Greece is looking for a motivated and customer centric talent to join our team as Home and Distribution Marketing Offer Manager. The job holder will be directly reporting to the Marketing Director for Greece and Cyprus. His / her main role is to make it possible that Schneider Electric is the market leader in the Home and Distribution product portfolio in Greece & Cyprus.

What will you do?

• Manages new offer launches for Home and Distribution products in Greece and Cyprus. Proposes stock levels for the new launched offers. Contributes to the specifications of new products by giving inputs to global business;
• Defines offer price positioning. Holds responsibility and control on pricing for the home & distribution offer. Is responsible for offer margins and discounts;
• Defines and executes offer marketing plan. Proposes offer and solutions growth initiatives; Contributes to the implementation of all necessary action plans to boost the offer for Home and Distribution;
• Translates / localizes launch packages. Participates in organization of events related to Home and Distribution;
• Provides support to sales with catalogues, promotional activities, tools;
• Cooperates with sales in offer selection, market segments to be followed, way to market;
• Provides technical trainings to sales & customers, together with the solutions support specialists;
• Follows orders/sales & actions plans results, does market analysis, defines and implements reactivity actions;
• Collects market / offer data: competitive position, market share, does the annual marketing report. Grows knowledge of market and has good overview of competition;
• Submits order intake & sales forecasts for the offer;
• Supports е -commerce and digital marketing transformation with digital content creation about Home & Distribution offer;

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• University degree in Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering;
• 2 years of experience in sales, or Offer Marketing within the electrical industry or a related field
• Interest in Home and Building automation solutions
• Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products;
• Knowledge and understanting of the local market
• Fluent in English and Greek;
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
