Where is the Position?

The position is located in Sant Boi de Llobregat next to Barcelona, Spain; within dynamic & challenging environment with international members from diverse cultures.

Which missions will you lead?

Support the regional SME on the deployment of Kinaxis across Europe DCs and plants.

• Lead the deployment of Kinaxis planning software capabilities in our Europe plants & DCs (primary mission).
• Support the Europe Master Production Planning / Distribution Requirement Planning / Vendor Forecasting monthly run process: follow the monthly & weekly drumbeat, train & animate the community.
• Transfer, new flows and ERP changes in our plants & DCs : follow the implementation of required changes & data transfer in Kinaxis.
• Follow new Kinaxis capabilities & enhancements qualification and deployment/adoption in the region.
• Support the regional planning experts with reportings, maturity assessment consolidation and analysis.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Engineer degree, with generalist or industry specialisation

Work experience: Internship is a plus

Skills:

• Skills in digital tools
• A first supply chain planning or replenishment experience
• Good communication
• Organised
• Able to manage intercultural work relationships

Requested languages: French and English fluent
