We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our data layer and services, driving innovation and excellence in our cloud-based IoT EcoStruxure Platform ecosystem. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how data is harnessed, processed, and delivered within our platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to create impactful solutions that empower our customers.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and the modern data ecosystem, with a proven track record in managing and launching successful products in the areas of Data Management (including ingestion, processing and storage of the data). The candidate shall also have a good understanding of data models, data federation and the technologies to enable the concept. This pivotal role will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategic vision and product definition to launch and beyond, that will shape the scalability and user experience of our data services, ensuring these exceed the expectations of our customers and maintain our position as a market leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the strategy of data services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Define Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop, refine, and execute the product strategy for our Services, establish a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with internal stakeholders' business goals and customer needs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, development, launch, and continual improvement of products.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Lines of Business, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, adoption, and scaling of platform services offerings.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, validate product directions, understand emerging needs related to data services, and foster strong relationships that drive product adoption and success.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the evolving landscape of cloud data engineering, and related technologies to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Leverage insights from platforms like Snowflake, and Databricks to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Agile Execution: Champion agile principles and lean methodologies within the product management team to drive efficient product development and rapid iteration based on user feedback and enhance responsiveness to market demands.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track critical metrics and KPIs for the Data Services to evaluate product performance, measure success and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on cloud-native technologies and modern data stack services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling cloud-native products or services, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, DevOps, and related product management tools.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data engineering practices, and tools like Apache Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery, InfluxDB, Snowflake, and Databricks
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams.
  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making.
