The Power Systems Marketing Lead will develop marketing plans that will drive the power systems transformations and new product launches and ensure a superior customer experience. They will play a key role in creating engaging demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of our current and future MV and LV Power Systems offerings. You will work with the power system product management, North America hub and marketing teams to develop overall marketing plans and marketing collateral that supports the power system transformations and new product launches. You will develop demo equipment, utilize them effectively at trade shows, and contribute to building out and maintaining customer experience centers and vehicles. You will own the Power Systems event schedule and ensure a cohesive power systems story at each event with lead capture and follow up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans for power systems transformations and product launch activities in low voltage and medium voltage ETO equipment.

• Own the development and utilization of the customer experience for Power Systems ensuring sales and potential customers understand and can experience the solutions and value Schneider Power systems offers.

• Lead development of the schedule power systems story for conference participation.

• Conceptualize, develop, and maintain compelling demo equipment highlighting the features and benefits of our LV and MV solutions.

• Manage the production and deployment of demo equipment at trade shows and industry events.

• Design marketing materials and presentations showcasing our offerings and transformations.

• Develop and implement a strategy for customer experience centers and vehicles, showcasing our products and solutions.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create a seamless experience for potential customers.

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Own event management, lead capture and tracking for power systems working with the event management team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or a related field with a focus on technical products.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies for the power generation or distribution industry.
