What will you do?

• Responsible for the training of ATS wirers is essential. Must put an emphasis on operating in a safe manner and producing a high-quality product.
• Provide process improvement suggestions
• Ensure training records are updated
• Assess individual's progress/ability
• Perform production responsibility to assigned area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• High-energy, hands-on individual with the ability to multi-task and work with little to no minimal supervision
• Understanding of Safe practices for wiring and a manufacturing environment
• Must work well with others and have a passion for others to be successful
• Work as team player with all departments

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills is preferred
• Understanding ofr JDE
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
