The SCM will evolve managing an End to End Supply chain - covering from Downstream to Upstream including Warehouse and logistic in order to deliver operational Excellence,

The Candidate will need to be Self Driving focused on Overall Compliance & Balance Score Card and be a Team Federator spraying & Sharing our Schneider Value such as :

(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)

- Manage E2E demand and supply, ensure the Balance Score Card of each thematic,

- Ensure Compliance in our Processes ( Internal & External Law / Schneider SPS Guideline)

- Ensure Having/deploying/sustaining the Right Organization / Resources / succession plan

- Self Drive & Self Monitored from a Daily Operation to Long term STRIVE (Strategic Group Program)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Degree in Industrial, Supply chain or Management

Job Related Experience:

Minimum 10 Years, Perfect English communication

Business Understanding :

Supply Chain Management (International log / MRP / SAP / Soft & Hard skills catcher )

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

SAP (MM), Kinaxis, Microsoft Office, high XLS agilities. - Leader spirits - Decision makers.
