JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client primary focal point for allocated projects from kick-off to close out

Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule

Ensure good communication between disciplines

Maintain effective dialogue with other project engineers, Delivery Team leader, and engineering manager

Manage project changes effectively

Ensure an effective risk management process is adopted

Provide HSE leadership within sphere of influence

RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Delivery team leader, Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Planning, External: Client, Regulatory bodies, Other external stakeholders as appropriate to the project in hand

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:  Degree in Engineering or Project Management Minimum Experience:  8 years minimum experience in the management of multi-disciplined oil and gas projects or other relevant industries Job-Specific Skills:  Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS

Can demonstrate competency equivalent to APM Level C • Strong abilities in Motivation of engineering teams, customer relationships, and commercial awareness. • Strong job focus • Strong communications skills
