Candidate Profile

TotalEnergies is looking for a Recruitment and Employer Brand Assistant (M/F/X) to be based in Brussels. You will be joining the Refining & Chemicals recruitment department for a period of 3 to 6 months as part of a dynamic team that already consists of 3 people. As part of the recruitment department in Brussels, you will be involved in the recruitment process, developing employer branding and organizing our school events.

- You are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree or first year of a Master's degree at a business school or university with a major in Human Resources.

- You have good interpersonal skills and communicate well.

- You are rigorous, autonomous and prefer teamwork.

- You are recognized for your organizational skills and oral fluency.

- You respect confidentiality.

- You have a good command of the Office 365 package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).

- You have a good command of written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus!

Activities

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Recruitment:

- Publication of vacancies on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Careers and updating of candidate files.

- Acting as the HR contact for the trainee population (administration, payroll, HR issues, etc.).

- Scheduling interviews with candidates.

• Employer Branding:

- Updating the company pages of our job boards.

- Preparing communication campaigns on our social networks and job boards.

- Assisting with the logistical organization of job fairs and uploading content to virtual job fair platforms.

• Administration:

- Maintaining and analyzing the satisfaction survey of new recruits.

- Maintaining and managing the archive of CVs and our recruitment pools.

We are looking for an intern (M/F/X) as from September 2024, for at least 3 months.
The internship is located in the center of Brussels.
