Minimum requirements:

• Technical Course (Petroleum, Production, Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related)
• Experience in the Oil and Gas segment as Tour/Tool Pusher.
• IWCF Well-control certificate
• Intermediate English
• Availability to work offshore night shifts

The Tour Pusher is responsible for assisting the Rig Manager in managing the company's interests at the rig site with respect to health, safety and environment (HSE), customers, implementation of the well program, reporting and personnel. The Tour Pusher performs night shift when the Rig Manager is off duty.

Resposibilities:

• Conduct pre-tour and toolbox meetings with the rig crew.
• Supervise all rig departments. Train and evaluate the rig crew.
• Ensure risks are assessed and mitigated, and HSE policies are communicated and followed at the platform location.
• Liaise with the customer's representative at the rig site to implement the well program and maintain a positive relationship.
• Plan, organize and manage daily rig operations, including drilling, well testing, work-over, well control, rig down, rig move and rig up.
• Supervise key and critical operations, and ensure all operations are properly planned and supervised.
• Verify the HSE compliance of the work site before signing off permits to work.
• Direct the application of planned and preventative maintenance programs.
• Keep equipment and systems operational by setting priorities on equipment repairs.
• Monitor rig equipment and systems usage and ensure that operational parameters and limits are observed. Supervise equipment and system tests.
• Plan work for the rig crew.
