We're seeking a Senior Process Engineer Ethylene Recovery to join our team in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.

In this role, you will:

• Champion T.EN's cutting-edge technology: Be the internal expert of our proprietary ethylene recovery processes. Drive innovation and ensure the latest advancements are seamlessly integrated into projects.
• Shape the future of sustainable chemicals: Lead the process design for disruptive technologies that can be applied in our ethylene projects, ensuring the most cost-effective and client-focused solutions.
• Spearhead a collaborative team: Mentor and guide a team of talented process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Become a trusted advisor: Provide technical expertise to proposals, project execution, and plant operations. Troubleshoot complex issues and develop solutions that push the boundaries of current designs.
• Command respect on the global stage: Present your work with confidence to internal and external clients, verbally and in writing. Become a recognized leader in Technip's technology advancement.
