About The Job

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist your role will be to deliver the best available talents the Australian business (350 people), applying best practices, adapting to continuous improvement and global & local initiatives to meet T.EN strategic objectives. Your strength in relationships will see you partnering with the business and external partners to deliver efficient, quality end to end recruitment services while being proactive in attracting top talent.

  • Carry out the full management of the selection processes for engineering and staff profiles (publication of offers through different platforms, interviews, administration and preparation of reports).
  • Maintain regular contact with the hiring managers for the definition and evaluation of positions and the profiles needed for their division.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Attend Graduate university fairs.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and management of the talent pool.
  • Carry out on-boarding of new employees.
  • Participation in projects to attract and select national e international talent.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

  • High interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in technical recruitment preferably in the Energy/Resources/Engineering field.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different requirements.
  • Good time management skills - ability to recruit up to 20-30 positions at any given time (mostly permanent).
  • Strong Team Player willingness to learn new skills and get involved in P&C projects as and when required.
  • Proactive sourcing techniques and motivation to build and maintain effective talent pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
