We are seeking a motivated legal intern to join our legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in various legal areas while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. ABS Interns are integrated into ABS business operations and will experience various aspects of legal daily routine . Intern will work directly with ABS' Latam Legal Coordinator to learn and develop skills relating to ABS's core business functions while also assisting ABS with key deliverables. Interns will work at the ABS Rio de Janeiro.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts.
• Control and management of powers of attorney, both related to Brazil and other Latin American countries;
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy;
• Assisting in internal inquiries from teams, related to contracts as well as labor law, regulatory, intellectual property, and personal data protection;
• Interaction with law firms;
• Assist with administrative tasks such as document management, and invoice payment control;Supporting in updating and building team dashboards.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

• Law student from the 3 rd semester.
• English and Spanish will be a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively;
• Accountable and responsible person;

Pro-active and motivated person; Reporting Relationships: the intern will report directly to the Legal Coordinator.
