Specifically, you will be required to :

Working in the Budget and Control department, you will assist the team in particular in monitoring Intragroup Services.

You will be responsible for :

• Analytical monitoring of intra-group services: checking the application of group rules when ordering, creating and closing projects.
• checking costs (hours and expenses) in our management tool
• re-invoicing costs in conjunction with the accounting team in India
• Carrying out quarterly closing operations: calculating accounting provisions, analyzing margins on these projects
• Follow-up reporting on these projects

You will be in contact :

• With the International Mobility and Engineering departments
• Accounting departments in France and India

During your apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.

What if it were you?

• You're preparing a Bac +3 or higher in a business school with a specialization in management control (or equivalent).
• You are fluent in English and Excel
• You are a strong team player with a performance and results orientation, and you are structured and organized.
• Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have a real capacity for analysis and synthesis. A good level of English is essential to enable you to interact in a multicultural environment.

We are only looking for a student whose learning rhythm would be as follows: 3 days company / 2 days school.
