We are looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Equipment Coordinator to join our team at our West Campus Workshop in Westhill on a full-time, staff basis.

The Workshop Equipment Coordinator will work as part of a diverse, high performing team of 12 where the experience levels vary, giving you access to a wide range of knowledge and different perspectives to help you succeed in your role.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and servicing of a wide range of offshore equipment utilised across our global fleet.
  • Ensures all Offshore resources equipment returned from Projects / Vessels is stored properly in the correct Yard / Stores locations.
  • Log all returned items through ETM, SAP etc.
  • Compile and maintain storage location logs using SAP.
  • Assists in the identification and segregation of equipment based on group ownership.
  • Provide general yard assistance for Workshop on a daily basis i.e. forklift duties.
  • Assist with workshop/yard lifting operations.
  • Interface with other Workshop disciplines as and when required.
  • Point of contact for OR Mobile asset groups requesting equipment and spares, to be shipped to other locations and external vendors for repair.
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment within the workshop to achieve high level of safety.
  • Ensure Workshop Lead is updated on all aspects of assigned jobs.
  • May be required to perform any other necessary duties within their experience and capabilities.
What experience would we like you to have?

Essential
  • Experience of working with equipment control and yard operations.
  • Good general level of education.

Desirable
  • SAP experience
  • Forklift license up to 16 Tonne
  • MEWP Trained
  • Banksman Slinger
