Candidate Profile

• Relevant university degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge and application of TotalEnergies Group policies and procedures.

Activities

LUBRICANTS SUPPLY

• Ensure required lubricants stocks are available for sales at all times.

• Twice a year, define ABC classification of lubricants and use the information to come up with optimum stock levels for each product.

• Submit quarterly forecasts to lubricants suppliers based on submissions from the sales team and ABC classification of stocks.

• Manage the lubricant suppliers' and clearing agents' accounts within approved terms. Report to Specialties Manager monthly the account statuses for all supplier accounts.

• Initiate and follow up payments for supplier invoices for lubricants.

• Clear GRIR accounts with assistance from Finance dept.

• Liaise with clearing agents, transport team and lubricants suppliers to ensure smooth logistics of lubricants.

• Preparation of cost build up and purchase orders in SAP for lubricants. Follow up releases and receipt of the same in SAP.

BUSINESS ANALYST

• Conduct pricing and margin analysis lubricants segments. Compile sales figures on a weekly basis.

• Compile monthly price surveys for lubricants. Compile information from sales teams using pricesinsight for the monthly pricing meeting.

• Daily check invoices of the previous day using KE24 for any negative margin.

• Analyze GR55 in relation to any cost re-allocations into lubricants cost centres.

• Preparation of dashboards

• Perform monthly reports and KPIs (key performance indicators)

LUBES BACKOFFICE

• Responsible for lubes online purchasing functions (elub etc)

• Create orders in SAP where online options are not available.

• Receive and follow-up on customer complaints.

• Manage product deliveries in conjunction with transport and depot teams.

• Admin for Priceinsight App

• Ensure efficient document flow and storage within the division.

• Maintain registers showing customer contract status, Due Diligence Status and prompt the sales team to renew any such documentation before expiry.

• Processing debit and credit notes and ensuring relevant supporting documents are provided and signed-off by the responsible managers.
• Any other duties as assigned by hierarchy.

• Challenging economic environment requiring creative ways to maintain current & develop new business.
• Absence of a Marketing Intelligence body/organization/watchdog in the country.
• Presence of aggressive Lube marketers and independents e.g. Castrol, Caltex Engen, Fuchs, Shell and others.
• TotalEnergies Zimbabwe aims to be the market leader in Zimbabwe.
• Position also involves working closely with other departments and sections of the company.'
