Candidate Profile

• University degree in Civil, Electrical or Forest/ Environmental Engineering
• Master's degree will be considered as an asset
• Minimum experience in the RES field of 5 years
• High experience on team management and coordination, with organizational and time management skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, GIS applications (ArcMap, QGIS, etc.) and AutoCAD

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language

• Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Self-motivated

Activities

• Oversee the implementation of company's strategic approach to the projects pipeline and support the Development department
• Support the coordination of RES projects construction and manage activities related to projects under operation
• Network with local or central / governmental authorities and agencies when necessary for the business activity
• Support and develop appropriate operating policies and procedures affecting operation activities (including development, construction, operation of RES projects) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage due diligence processes
• Enhance internal governance

Context & Environment

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Operations Manager located in Athens. The Regulatory Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to compliance aspects.
