JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Document Management Technician with experience in the Oil and Gas petrochemical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide DM support to projects by processing / issuing project document deliverables on behalf of Wood disciplines, the client, suppliers and contractors in a timely manner.
• Process project deliverable documents (engineering and supplier) following project procedures and standards
• Process deliverables in Wood and/or Client project systems
• Project Document Management processing
  • Review submitted documents for adherence to non-technical requirements
  • Process/Issue documents following Wood DM processing workflows/instructions/checklists
• Review client project specifications / standards and current Wood procedures to ensure proper understanding

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years experience in a similar document management role
• 5-10 years experience working in Electronic Document Management Systems
• Proactive, deadline-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
