Wood is currently recruiting for a Junior Document Management Technician with experience in the Oil and Gas petrochemical industry.
FUNCTION:
- Provide DM support to projects by processing / issuing project document deliverables on behalf of Wood disciplines, the client, suppliers and contractors in a timely manner.
- Process project deliverable documents following project procedures and standards
- Process deliverables in Wood and/or Client project systems
- Project Document Management processing
- Review submitted documents for adherence to non-technical requirements
- Process/Issue documents following Wood DM processing workflows/instructions
- Review client project specifications / standards and current Wood procedures to ensure proper understanding
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-5 years experience in a similar document management role
- 1-5 years experience working in Electronic Document Management Systems
- Computer literate with prior data entry experience
- Proactive, deadline-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
