- An ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of and be able to use applicable national and international standards in the integrity or related fields
- Provide integrity engineering expertise based upon knowledge of mechanical engineering practices, asset operating environments / processes and the likelihood of failure and associated consequences for a variety of Energy Industry assets
- Familiar with QA / QC systems / procedures and NDE techniques
- Writing and checking of technical reports and specifications
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software
- Good communicator both written and verbal (fluent in English)
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to those in a wide range of organisation positions
- Capacity to understand complex problems and work collaboratively to identify practical and technically sound solutions.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering first class integrity engineering services
- Proactively initiates continuous improvements to processes and seeks to eliminate waste and inefficiency
- Ensures the effective application of innovative engineering applications and specialist technologies
- Correctly adheres to the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies
Experience required is as follows:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (Essential)
- Degree in Engineering (Essential), Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Post-graduate qualification (Desirable)
- Chartered Engineer or working towards (Desirable)
- Appreciation of / Certified in PSSR, API 580, API 510, API 570, API 579, ASME Plant Inspection (Desirable)
