RESPONSIBILITIES

• An ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of and be able to use applicable national and international standards in the integrity or related fields
• Provide integrity engineering expertise based upon knowledge of mechanical engineering practices, asset operating environments / processes and the likelihood of failure and associated consequences for a variety of Energy Industry assets
• Familiar with QA / QC systems / procedures and NDE techniques
• Writing and checking of technical reports and specifications
• Competent user of Microsoft Office software
• Good communicator both written and verbal (fluent in English)
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to those in a wide range of organisation positions
• Capacity to understand complex problems and work collaboratively to identify practical and technically sound solutions.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering first class integrity engineering services
• Proactively initiates continuous improvements to processes and seeks to eliminate waste and inefficiency
• Ensures the effective application of innovative engineering applications and specialist technologies
• Correctly adheres to the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience required is as follows:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (Essential)

Educational requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Essential), Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Post-graduate qualification (Desirable)
• Chartered Engineer or working towards (Desirable)
• Appreciation of / Certified in PSSR, API 580, API 510, API 570, API 579, ASME Plant Inspection (Desirable)
