About the position

We are looking for a School Relations and Recruitment Specialist to join the Campus team at Technip Energies France. You will report to the Head of School Relations.

Your responsibilities will be threefold:

  1. Coordination and development of Technip Energies France's network of partner schools: all actions and activities implemented with our partner universities and schools to strengthen the visibility of our employer brand and promote the recruitment of young talent.

2. Recruiting young talent to build key talent pools within the organization to effectively and efficiently meet recruitment needs.

3. You will play a leading role in achieving quality recruitment results and building strong relationships with our partner universities and schools, working closely with the Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team and managers.

Main missions:

COORDINATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NETWORK OF PARTNER SCHOOLS OF Technip Energies France

- Develop lasting relationships with partner schools and universities, new or current, in France and abroad.

- Propose, plan and coordinate relevant and innovative actions in terms of employer branding and recruitment (recruitment fairs, presentations, student events, etc.), take care of all related administrative and logistical arrangements.

- Represent the group at relevant recruitment/academic events, and therefore make a significant number of trips, mainly in France.

- Take ownership of change, encourage and ensure continuous improvement of the Campus Plan.

RECRUITMENT AND FOLLOW-UP OF WORK-STUDY STUDENTS, INTERNS AND VIE

- Management of the apprentice recruitment campaign

- Management of the intern recruitment campaign

- Recruitment and follow-up of V.I.E

- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team in order to position interns, apprentices and VIE on the positions to be filled

OTHER

- Coordination of Diversity & Inclusion activities for young people.

- Communication on our internal and external social networks

- Preparation and organization of events

Profile and expected skills:
  • With a Bac +5, Business School, HR Master's degree, or equivalent, you have experience in the field of recruitment and/or employer branding. A first experience in VIE recruitment would be appreciated.
  • Positivity, responsiveness, thoroughness, organizational skills, and a spirit of collaboration are assets that will help you succeed in this position.
  • You have consulting skills and are comfortable with presentations. You demonstrate a real ability to structure regular reports and know how to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Gifted with good eloquence, excellent listening, you know how to communicate fluently and easily in both French and English.
  • You are autonomous; A sense of priorities and organization are essential

Start of the contract:

Position to be filled as soon as possible at Nanterre Préfecture.
