The P&C Technology Manager

The P&C Technology Manager is responsible of the delivery of our global P&C Technology initiatives for several countries (Northern Europe Scope: France, UK, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, etc.) and drives and leads change adoption. He/she acts as trusted business partner for P&C stakeholders and collaborates with the P&C Technology Product Owners to successfully support operational execution of the processes and data management in the global P&C Technology products. TEN (Technip Energies) is on a journey where we implemented global P&C Technology like Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and ServiceNow ~2 years ago and we still have some local payrolls and HR systems as well. Now we need to further optimize the landscape and improve the user experience and efficiency in process flows and data quality. This role will be playing a key role in this journey for the regional scope: Northern Europe.

Main accountabilities

Management of the P&C Technology generalists in the respective local team (~5 people in France and close connection with other contributors in other countries)

Make sure and support the adoption of global P&C Technology Products by the end users in the countries in scope

Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools, and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions.

Collaborate closely with the P&C Technology Products Owners to deliver the best support services to end users

Ensure to be aware of the local P&C Technology landscape for those countries in scope and act as the main point of contact for any potential changes, improvements, issues, etc.

Actively work with local P&C experts to optimize people data completeness, consistency, accuracy, and timely update in our local and global P&C Technology

Drives continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction

Key Interactions:

Internally: P&C Technology Generalists (the team reporting to this role), as well as other P&C Technology generalists in other geographical areas, Global P&C Technology Product Owners, PCLT (People & Culture Leadership Team), P&C Community, Communication, IDS & Data Office, GBS (Global Business Services) HRSD (HR Service Delivery) & GBS IDS and Sourcing & Procurement

Externally: external service providers, peers from other companies, communities of experts

Requirements & Experiential Learning
  • Balance of P&C Technology technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Experience with working in a P&C Technology landscape with Oracle & Service Now. Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Positive employee experience mind set
  • Experience in management of a team
  • Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and always strive for continuous improvement
  • Working with large, cross functional, multi-cultural, multi-time zone and virtual team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to adopt industry proven best practices, simplification, harmonization, and automation
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Scrum methodology

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in HR (Human Resource) Technologies, preferably in a multinational company.
