JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY:
Provide documentation support and perform a variety of project/work order related to documentation duties for ARM ‐ Ras AL‐Khair in most timely and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming documents and certificates required to complete data book. Review and issue certificates & documents item description, serial number, part number, revision, End user etc. Compiled project data books and deliver to client within agreed timescale. Communicate with and expedite internal department and vendors for repair and other pending document in order to generate smart books. Maintain an effective documentation tracking list for all completed projects. Ensuring all documents are filed appropriately. Archived project documents for future reference. Established and maintained an effective filing system both for current revision and superseded documents. Updating tracker ticket for all jobs. Uploading all the desired relevant documentation in rig office to generate data books. Perform other related duties as assigned. Comply with all ARM company and HSE policies.
