JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties & Responsibilities:

• He should have atleast 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing of various types of Shaker Screens.
• Should have knowledge of QA/QC standards required for screen manufacturing.
• To help in overseeing & managing screen manufacturing process on shopfloor.
• Provide hands-on support to his assembler whenever needed.
• Handle technical issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Ensure all equipment's are in good working condition.
• Perform daily check on all equipment prior to commence operation.
• Report to his direct report any technical issues encountered.
• Ensure the production quality is continually enhanced.
• Develop, train and motivate the assembler to ensure consistently high standards of performance and effectiveness
• Ensure highest standards are followed and actively promote HSE.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and no unnecessary risks are taken which might cause injury to personnel or damage to company property.
• Maintain a good housekeeping in the area.

Function/ Purpose:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Ability to operate all types of equipment's use for screen manufacturing
• Ability to investigate and determine the problem on process.
