JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for Receiving & Delivery of Shipments with most timely and efficient manner.
• Make sure all documents related to shipments, outbound and inbound, are prepared ahead for smooth shipment clearance.
• Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the Parts Manager or his designee for the department to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to mobilize shipments efficiently.
• Make sure all documents related to shipments, outbound and inbound, are prepared ahead for smooth shipment clearance.
• Prepare incoming & outgoing shipment paper works.
• Maintain relationships and work closely with freight forwarders per OEM guidelines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, provide all necessary documentation for all domestic and international shipments.
• Arrange transportation services to meet needs of customers.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
