Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Solids Control Coordinator to play a vital role in our solids control operations. As a Solids Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics, equipment, and personnel needed for efficient solids control operations at drilling sites. Your role will involve close collaboration with the operations team and clients to ensure the successful execution of solids control services.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of solids control equipment to drilling sites in a timely manner.
• Ensure the availability of required materials, spare parts, and consumables at the site on time.

Equipment and Personnel Management:

• Coordinate the setup and deployment of solids control equipment at drilling locations.
• Work with HR to schedule and assign skilled solids control operators and technicians to drilling projects.
• Manage work schedules and track labor hours.

Quality Control and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and fluid properties.
• Prepare operational reports for management and clients.

Client Relations:

• Interface with clients to understand their solids control requirements.
• Provide updates on project progress and coordinate solutions to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in solids control operations.
• Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills.
• Familiarity with solids control equipment and drilling fluid systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in challenging and remote environments.
