JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with operations management to provide advice and technical assistance with operational processes. Presentation of monthly manufacturing performance results. Review and analysis of monthly actual results vs. plan. Review and analysis of weekly actual results vs. plan and provide cost forecast. Analyze product costs and variances associated with purchased and manufactured goods. Perform routine cost rolls when required and manage the annual cost roll. Perform and report on results of periodic audits of Inventories (Work in Process, Finished Goods/Raw Materials). Perform Reserve calculation of Inventories through set of US guidelines (Work in Process, Finished Goods/Raw Materials). Assist operations with preparation of the annual operating plan and regular forecasts. Assist in special assignments or any other requirements from time to time or as needed. Other Responsibilities Assist in new software implementation and documenting the process flow and reports. Having reasonable knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Interaction with Statutory / Internal Auditors. Support us in greenfield expansion. Help in creating efficiencies and automation. Assist in providing backup in absence of GL person. Help in synergy of team. Act as a backup of payment initiator. Assist in any other requirement relating to Audit and monthly and quarterly closing. Assist in Quarterly SOX fillings and Year end Fillings.
