As a Technical Assistant you will be part of the Design Engineering department. Your attention to detail, knowledge of business systems such as ERP, and ability to operate in a certified quality environment will act as a foundation to your/our teams success.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide administrative support to our local and global Engineering groups and suppliers
• Prepare and amend general and technical documentation
• Procure, collate and prepare data for periodic reports for management
• Research, extract, manipulate and import data to systems, using applications such as Excel, Access
• Create and enter data in the PLM system, providing system admin support
• Develop and maintain Intranet pages for the business group, using Dreamweaver and SharePoint.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS, TRAINING, OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel (to intermediate level (including but not limited to Formulas & Creating Graphs), Word & Outlook
• Understanding of ISO9001 and API Q1
• Working knowledge of data management tools and fundamentals of document revision control
• Good time management skills & the ability to prioritise workload
• Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
