JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site.

We are currently seeking applications for experienced Site Administrator to assist with the upcoming Shutdown on a full-time causal basis commencing early to late June.

This is a Brisbane-based role - not a FIFO position. At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with tracking of overhead costing
  • Assist with on-boarding & induction process
  • Keep track of safety documentation and compliance
  • Data entry for time sheets & pay queries
  • Update skills matrix and verify competencies
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Preparing end of week progress reports
  • Tracking hours of work to manage fatigue
  • Everyday admin tasks such as ordering stationary etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel skills or higher
  • SAP experience is a requirement
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • EBA interpretation experience is essential
  • Payroll processes
  • Work well within a team with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in a fast-moving environment, while reacting quickly and effectively
  • Ensure that business communication is always appropriate
  • Complete required tasks in accurate and timely manner
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
