JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently recruiting for Scaffolders / Riggers with onshore experience.

These a short-term, casual positions for 4 weeks working 10 hour shifts at the Otway Gas Plant in Port Campbell.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will require the following and all tickets must be current if you are to be considered:

• TBOSIET
• CA-EBS
• MSIC
• Working at Heights (WAH)
• Advanced or Intermediate Scaffolder
• Advanced or Immediate Rigging
• A proven commitment to HSE
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Scaffolding & Rigging Qualification
• 5 years minimum experience as a Rigger in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Familiar & adept at erection and disassembly of Scaffolding Structures required to facilitate maintenance and modification activities
• Qualified in correct rigging necessary for the erection of structural steel, prefabricated piping spools, temporary facilities, scaffolding, pipe fittings & valves
• Capable of leading a group of workers in the scaffold erection and dismantling activities
