We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team on a contract basis, working on a pharmaceuticals project in Hillerød, Denmark. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors
• Monitor and control project costs
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that all safety regulations are followed
• Prepare and submit project reports
• Resolve project issues and problems
• Work with the Project Director to develop and implement project strategies
• Represent the company to clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• EPC background, with Pharma or Data centre experience preferred 
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
